Not All Hope Is Gone
I'm in my bed and I cannot sleep.
Voices in my head keep repeating,
Over and over the simple words,
That have brought on my life a curse.
"You messed it up,
"You blew you're chance,
And now all you can do is quickly glance
at the wrong you've done."
At the spark of moment they cleared my head,
And I heard a voice, a voice that said,
"You are not alone."
I looked outside as the night ended,
and saw the sunrise,
And in my heart I knew, though I cry,
Not all hope is gone.

Tomorrow and Today
Tomorrow and Today
I see a hand reaching out to me,
In a dark cold land, where I cannot see.
I hear a loving voice
Call out my name,
And its words of choice were,
Your not the one to blame.
Why said I?
Of course I am to blame!
Why do you think I'm crying?
And, why do you call my name?
I know you're not, he said.
Because I washed you're sins away.
And I will always love you,
Tomorrow and today.

Innocent Lives

Innocent Lives When you hold him,
You hold him gently.
It seems as though he might break.
And when you hold her,
You hold her lovingly,
And bask in wonder, what God has made.
She may have blue eyes,
And he may have brown.
But they're all unique,
Just look around!
We are made with care,
And so are they.
And still we kill them, every day.
Don't ignore me, because you know it's true.
We are lucky, me and you.
We are lucky we has a Mom,
Or a father who knew it was wrong,
To kill a baby in the womb.
How is that different from me and you?
So give your child a life if you can,
And a purpose too.
Because we were once innocent lives,
Me and you.
